Mona Casey is an artist, curator and researcher, based in the UK and Ireland. She was co-founder and curator of COLONY an artist run space and of ARTICLE, a research and project space at Birmingham School of Art.

Her work manifests in the generation of conceptual frameworks, into which other producers are curated, commissioned and collaborated with. Her work is focused on the site of the exhibition, as authored and as staged space.

She is also Academic Lead for Art & Course Director for MA Fine Art at Birmingham City University.
